Park Slope’s Premier Restaurant Carnem Prime Steakhouse Announces 100% Grass Fed Australian Filet Mignon Added to Menu

Park Slope, Brooklyn’s new Carnem Prime Steakhouse continues to impress.  Recently, under the guidance of Chef David DiSalvo, the restaurant announced they have added a delicious, premium quality 100% Grass Fed Australian Filet Mignon to their menu – a great choice for both steak lovers and health conscious diners.

 One of the signs of a great steakhouse is the thoughtfulness put into what cuts and grade of meat they choose to offer.  In Brooklyn, few are stepping up to the degree of Park Slope’s new Carnem Prime Steakhouse.  Adding even more quality menu choices as they present themselves, the restaurant recently announced they are now offering a 6oz 100% Grass Fed Australian Filet Mignon on the menu, to an enthusiastic response from both steak aficionados and health conscious guest alike.

 “Our menu is a dynamic thing and the Executive Chef David DiSalvo and I are always thinking about how we can deliver more value and a finer experience to our valued customers,” commented Jacob Krumgalz, seasoned restauranteur and owner of Carnem Prime Steakhouse.  “We’re very happy to now feature 100% Grass Fed Australian Filet Mignon on our menu.  When compared to less quality filet mignon, the difference is really astounding.  We know our guests are going to love it.”

 Carnem Prime Steakhouse is happy to be open for both lunch and dinner Tuesday – Thursday, as well as brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.  In addition to the creative, well thought out and highly praised menu, the restaurant also features a very extensive cocktail program and wine list.

The service is especially notable and the food and cocktails are consistently impressive. This is a great addition to the PS restaurant slate: great steak offerings that are not exactly cheap but also don’t blow the budget given the quality. The pork belly lollipops top my list of must-haves as are the well-conceived cocktails. Great place for a date night and probably a group though I haven’t experience it that way yet. I enthusiastically recommend this spot.”
